On January 31, 2011, Anhui Jiaoyang Soft Door Co., Ltd. (JOYAUG) received the 2010 Anhui Quality Award from the Anhui Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The certificate was valid for three years.
Since its establishment, the company has regarded quality as the foundation of its magnetic screen door business. By defining raw material requirements, standardizing production operations and strengthening process checks and finished product inspections, JOYAUG has progressively developed a quality management approach covering the full manufacturing process. The award also provided an assessment of its capacity for continuous improvement.
Product quality depends on control throughout production. JOYAUG pays close attention to materials, dimensions, mesh condition, edge binding and magnetic components, using process management to reduce variation and ensure that finished products meet specified requirements.
This provincial award recognized the company’s quality management efforts. JOYAUG will continue to refine its quality standards and inspection procedures, building its reputation on product requirements that can be consistently implemented and verified.
