1. What sizes and colors are available?

Sizes can be customized. Polyester mesh and 18 × 16 fiberglass mesh are available in black, white or gray; fiberglass pool mesh is available in black.

2. How many magnet pairs can I choose?

Standard configurations include 9, 17, 22, 25 or 27 magnet pairs. Other configurations can be discussed, up to 28 pairs, depending on product size and structure.

3. What materials are used for the mesh and binding?

The mesh is available in polyester or fiberglass, depending on the selected specification. The binding and hook-and-loop components are made from polyester.

4. Are installation accessories included?

Yes. Standard packing includes matching hook-and-loop tape, fixing pins or nails, and installation instructions.

5. Do you support OEM/ODM and private-label packaging?

Yes. OEM/ODM projects and customized private-label packaging are supported. Final details are confirmed against your approved specifications and artwork.

6. What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide the product structure, mesh material and weight, magnetic material combination, hook-and-loop or adhesive requirements, packaging specifications and destination port.

7. What is the minimum order quantity?

The standard MOQ is 1,000 units in total, with a minimum of 50 units per individual size

8. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available. Personal-use samples require payment of the product cost and courier fee. For a first wholesale sample, the courier fee applies.

9.What is the normal production lead time?

For orders up to 20,000 units, the normal production lead time is approximately 10–30 days. Lead time for larger orders is confirmed separately.

10. How do you control product quality?

Quality requirements cover incoming AQL sampling, operator self-inspection, process cross-checks, team patrol inspection, finished-product sampling and pre-shipment reinspection across manual and automated lines.

11. Do you support worldwide shipping?

Yes. The shipping plan is confirmed according to order quantity, destination port and agreed trade terms.
