In 2026, Anhui Jiaoyang Soft Door Co., Ltd. (JOYAUG) successfully commissioned its independently developed automated production line for magnetic screen doors, bringing automated manufacturing into operation. Automation now covers more than 75% of the company’s production operations, marking further progress in process development and manufacturing capabilities.
Magnetic screen door manufacturing involves mesh feeding, magnet placement, sewing, cutting and other operations. Coordination between these stages directly affects production efficiency and finished product consistency. Drawing on its extensive manufacturing experience, JOYAUG developed automation equipment around product structures and processing requirements. The line connects continuous mesh feeding, magnet placement at specified intervals, ultrasonic magnet securing, sewing and cutting in an integrated production sequence.
Magnet alignment is a key focus of this process upgrade. The independently developed equipment controls the relative offset between opposing magnet contact faces to within 3 mm. This improves magnet contact and closure performance, allowing the screen doors to open and close more smoothly and close more consistently. Control of processing positions and production timing also helps reduce human variation in repetitive operations and improve consistency across production batches.
Alongside the manufacturing upgrade, JOYAUG continues to retain manual quality inspection. Finished products are checked for dimensions, mesh condition, edge binding and stitching, magnetic components, and closure performance. Automated production and manual inspection work together to improve efficiency while maintaining product quality requirements.
