On January 28, 2022, Anhui Jiaoyang Soft Door Co., Ltd. (JOYAUG) passed a third-party assessment and received an AAAAA Good Standardization Practice Certificate produced by the China Association for Standardization. The assessment found that the company’s standards system was appropriately structured, operated effectively and met the AAAAA rating requirements.
AAAAA is a high rating within the Good Standardization Practice assessment framework. The result reflected the company’s progress in technical, management and operational standards and its increasingly systematic approach to manufacturing and internal operations.
Standardization converts practical experience into requirements that can be consistently applied. JOYAUG has established standards for products, production, inspection and management, enabling employees in different roles to work to common requirements and reducing quality variation caused by inconsistent execution.The assessment evaluated the operation of the company’s standards system. JOYAUG will continue to update its standards as products and processes evolve, supporting consistent manufacturing and continuous improvement.
